About C-BIG
The Campus Budget Information Gateway (C-BIG) serves as UCLA's strategic budgeting and management reporting tool. It is built on Oracle Hyperion Planning software and is designed for budget input and review, as well as actuals reporting and analysis.
Access & Support
Questions about technical issues, such as logon information should be directed to the C-BIG Administrator APB at apbcbig@ponet.ucla.edu or your assigned Planning Analyst within the Financial Analysis and Decision Support Group.
CBIG Password Updates
Oracle requires that users update their CBIG password every 120 days. As a result, Oracle will send all CBIG users a direct email stating that the password update is needed. Click here for instructions on how to update your password.
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset your password, please contact your assigned Planning Analyst within the Financial Analysis and Decision Support group

Note : If you receive an error while trying to view a report, please log in to the C-BIG Application, click on the Reports icon and select the “Show POV Options” box located at the top of the Financial Reports window.

Install Smart View
Smart View is an add-on that will allow users to complete the budget input process, retrieve reports, and perform ad-hoc analysis in Excel. Please refer to links #1 and #2 in the CBIG Resources Section below for guidance on how to update Smart View.
