Oversight & Guidance
Resource management at APB encompasses all aspects of financial and staffing oversight and guidance. APB is the campus key liaison with the Office of the President (OP) in the administration of State funding allocations of OP resources and the submission and approval of requests for changes to professional and self-supporting student fees. APB also manages the Chancellor's unallocated resources and works closely with the EVC/Provost and VC/CFO on budgetary planning, as well as the oversight and administration of all campus funds, which exceed $6.3 Billion annually. Within this responsibility, Resource Management is responsible for the budgetary aspects of the fiscal close process.

In working with campus units, APB plays a critical role in the form of advice and support provided to individuals responsible for program management, staffing decisions, administration of funds, and management of campus resources. Functional areas include:
